We started a wonderful new family tradition this year -- Gig Harbor Turkey Trot! It was a ton of fun to get up and out in the morning and spend some time moving together. We are estimating that Kaitlyn ran about half a mile at the start of our 5K walk and she gave a good sprint to the finish line as well. I'm guessing it won't be too many years before she will be running the entire thing. As an added bonus, it made us feel a little better about stuffing our faces later in the day - Rob "earned" his post turkey state of hibernation!
